behold! i'm here to update! haven't had time to update the blog. and sadly, i can't upload pics yet cause quite troublesome. (x

anyway, back from taiwan in ONE PIECE! hehe. so yea, the trip.

OH! YOU WANNA KNOW? YOU GOTTA SHOWWWAAAAWWWHHOOOAAAA~!

i met luozhiqiang a.k.a. xiao zhu in the check in point of terminal one! haha. one of the only WOWs for the trip. thought he was quite proud at first, but after approaching him for a photo, his managers shooed me off rudely but he was like,

(in chinese) "can't take photo with you or they'll be jealous." *points to fans outside the check in point glass*

haha. nice one. and he is really very very skinny and tall. hmm.

and err to be honest, i can't really remember much from the trip due to time eroding my memory and being unsatisfied with the tour. can only remember i did loads of shopping. LOL. so yea, hotels i stayed during the tour got from good to bad to doggy house. seriously, if you guys ever visit taiwan, please find hotels that are at least four stars and above. don't take for granted that us being in singapore, surrounded by happy faces of the service industry would we get the same treatment elsewhere. and from my "experiences", even three star hotels in singapore are way better than the ones in taiwan.

i can only remember more from the part when our extended trip organised by my mom's taiwan friends. we enjoyed more during this time as the hotels we stayed in are better and mom's friends were really very hospitable and entertaining. her godson/my godbro yaowei, gao wen qing a.k.a. boss gao, gary, alvin, auntie li bai, and the trio who i can't remember their names. poor yaowei had such a feminine name that when we went for a farm stay, the people printed his name as zong yaowei XIAO JIE. LOL. kept laughing about it. then later on, they sort of realised there was a mistake and printed zong yaowei GUI BIN instead. haha. but later on, when the guide at the farm called for his name, my mom rose her hand in his place. thus! as i had expected, that night when we were making lanterns, his name was printed as zong yaowei XIAO JIE again! haha. thanks mom. (x well, i realised grown men are still quite childish. there was this part at the farm when we had to create our own "oven" made out of dried clay rocks to roast sweet potatoes. the four grown men, yaowei, boss gao, alvin and gary, started messing around. as it was quite hard to form a bridge with on just rocks, they decided to use the wet clay and created this tiny hill that looks seemingly like a pile of dung. and they created this huge fire with a lot of smoke coming out polluting the air. terrible. all of us had a good laugh. and the four men kept reminding us that they were only creating the fire just for the sake of creating the fire. whether the sweet potato can cook, they don't really care. LOL.

one of the days they brought us to this really nice cafe called Ms Olive during tea time. i love the place so so much! i promise to upload pics of this place once i get them in my laptop. (: don't know how to describe the place to you guys so have to wait for the pics i guess. just know that Ms Olive is owned by this girl around the age of mid twenties and is actually a cafe/resort! so cool! and the resort part of Ms Olive is really very beautiful. how i wish i can have my honeymoon there can?? haha.

on our last day, the trio, three very entertaining ladies, brought us to danshui. unfortunately for us, it was raining and sadly for me, i was wearing shorts. good game! haha. reason i was wearing shorts cause in ximending, it wasn't THAT cold. had no mood to shop around so we settled in some cafe for tea time. taiwanese LOVE tea time. haha. i love it too cause i get to relax and eat good food! (x at night, boss gao treated us to this japanese restaurant. food was splendid and we all were very full and very satisfied. and once back in ximending, we did last minute shopping! so typical singaporeans. lol.

so after coming back from taiwan, finally met him after such a long long time. miss him so much when i was in taiwan. he was really sweet to call me during the trip almost everyday! always cheered me up when i heard his voice. and when i got back home, he cabbed to my house to fetch me! (: immediately grabbed his hand when i saw him and took a deep breath to smell him. haha. i know that sounds sick but he really smells good! haha. went to his house to have the long awaited company of ourselves. we went to food expo at night before returning to his house.

next was 07S22 chalet! enjoyed the company of the class though sad to say i didn't really get to interact more with most of them. chalet lacked some excitement but it was ok on the overall. went to escape with the girls on thursday to make good use of the free tickets. escape is really a boring place but when 07S22 girls are together, it makes everything else crazy. haha. that night, he and friend came to meet me for supper/breakfast at like three plus in the morning. then left cause it was inconvenient to stay at the chalet. so around five in the morning when i was preparing to sleep, saw shadows moving outside. so i went to open the door and WALAA! wenjie and elroy back from underage party at momo. -.- never ask us go. yuxin woke up and the four of us got quite high as silly wenjie and elroy kept doing childish things like snatching pillows and throwing stuff over our heads. finally all settled down at i think six. lol. woke up at eight and left the chalet today and went over to find him. ok, getting lazy to update the rest. (x

ok people, i'm approximately leaving in another fifteen hours for taiwan! don't miss me! HAHA.

well, nee said something depressing to me yesterday about not feeling safe about her friends going overseas now. i understand how she feels. it's like, the world has evolved into something so wicked that you'll never know when and what will happen to you. but well, we just have to be optimistic and pray for the best right? (:

today at work was slack like crazy. i've never slept as much nor have i thought about leaving work early as much as today. well, the bosses are not in and i heard there was some person's wedding. maybe they'd gone to prepare for it and took leave. OR, they could've taken advantage of the holiday yesterday and took leave today in order to have a LONG weekend. either ways, it really does us temps good as the tension in office is pretty lax.

went to his house right after work. took the train back with gf and had some nice chat with her. on the way to his house, i thought about my flight tomorrow. i thought what if something bad happened? what if the plane got hijacked? what if some mishap causes the plane to crash? what if i got lost and got kidnapped? drama? well, i thought of all this because i know i'll miss him loads when i'm gone. see, i'll be back only on the 19th this month. which is like ten days from now. furthermore, he'll still be working and i might not be able to see him. following the taiwan trip, i have 07S22 chalet which means i may or may not see him till the 23rd or 24th. how? i think i shall sneak either whisper or zhiwuren into my luggage. (x anyway, we went for dinner in this thai restaurant in goldenmile complex. the fried rice was delicious! and i realised that he and i share really common sentiments on food. like how we prefer fried rice to be slightly wet to make it easier to swallow, how we adore haagen daz melon icecream, how we think that parsley stinks. and loads more. we're picky! (x after dinner, he went to work. ):

somehow on the way home, i stoned all the way. thinking about what to pack in my luggage and stuff to get to entertain me on the flight. so i decided to buy a magazine, WHICH happens to be maxim. LOL. sigh, all the girly magazines and teenage magazines bore me greatly. haha. hope this buying of maxim/fhm will not turn into some kind of habit. hehe. but i must say, these two magazines are really great read! be it fashion, movie ratings, entertainment, it will not lose out to any magazine you've read so far. that's all i can say, just have an open mind when you read. it'll be fun. (:

man, i think i just zoomed past this week. tomorrow (or rather today) is friday already! which means the weekends are here again and also means that i'm leaving for taiwan in a jiffy. jiffy equals departure around three in the afternoon coming saturday. will be going to the airport at one.

anyway, this week i was so so emo. like seriously, i can be really happy at a point and becoming depressed the next. but thanks to him, i guess i can never feel happier. i think i forgot to mention this in the previous post, he came to visit me last friday during lunch and bought me a snoopy stuffed toy! hehe, it's now in my office and becoming quite a prominent figure. (x hopefully my colleagues won't abuse him while i'm gone. haha. well, it was really sweet of him to get me snoopy cause i knew it must've caused him some heartbreak parting with his hard-earned money. not that he is petty or what, it's just that the position he is in now, i know it's not easy. means a whole lot to me and i'm really touched. sadly for snoopy, think he'll only see my room when i quit my job. LOL.

so this week, monday and tuesday just work. mundane. ): but tuesday night i had a sleepover at cass' place and went to school with her on wednesday (i took leave). i so miss school! haha. the nostalgic feeling of nonstop yawning during the japanese culture lecture really brought back so much memories. (: really not a morning person. however it was better during psychology lecture as it was at 10am. psycho teacher was really fun! LoL. hopefully i can take psychology as my elective next year. (x so looking forward to it. well, sadly to say, i was supposed to go to hoi's financial accounting lecture at two. but guess i was too depressed about certain stuff that i had no mood for the lecture. so i told hoi i wasn't going anymore. so sorry, i know i keep pulling this kind of stunts on you. hope you'll understand. to be honest, i guess going overseas and being unable to spend more time with him really affected me. but we sort it out when we met on wednesday. went to supper with cass, nee and yanjie. had some good fun. (x and that's when he pulled another sweet stunt for me. he bought me another stuffed toy! this tortoise thing with this really cute smile. i really couldn't believe it when he handed it over to me. so so happy when i saw it. he calls it "zhi wu ren" (vegetable person, someone in coma). LOL. cause he thinks it looks like a turnip or some sort. and keeps insisting! haha. anyway, it's a cute name so i'm keeping it. (x thanks so much. i know you've splurged loads on me recently to make me happy. really appreciate it so much. ok, shan't get mushy here. (:

then today, cass and yj came over to his house and he made coffee and salad for them. not too sure if they enjoyed it as much as i did. i lovelove whatever he prepares for me. besides, it's been so long since i last drank his coffee but it's still as delicious as ever, maybe even better. (x we then watched this movie called Good Luck Chuck. very touching movie. typical, but it really reminds me of love. what it means to love someone, how much you're willing to do for the person so that they won't leave you. really beautiful story. go catch it if you can cause it's really a great movie. the main male character is really a sweet guy and few scenes, you'll be like, "aww, that's really sweet of him." haha, cass and i did that. (x but anyway, if you're not the lovey dovey kind and simply hate cliche love stories then i suggest you don't watch it. still, i think it's a great movie. (x oh yea! naked hot babes in it too! haha.

alright, i'll just end here. need my sleep. and, i'm starting to miss him again cause i know i'm leaving so soon. ): our ninth month, i'll be missing it again.

i guess i've always complained about him working and leaving me all alone at home. despite the complains, i understand his rationale for doing so. sadly i'm not perfect. i know i'm selfish and want him to myself. nee asked me, when you're in this relationship, do you look for companionship or understanding. well, i guess most of you would think that i'm looking for companionship since i seem to crave for his company so much. hmm, i think not.

i told nee i wasn't looking for companionship nor understanding in this relationship. companionship? i have my friends. and they are really good ones that i can hang out till late at night like cass, and used to include hoi and dan. then i thought, maybe i was looking for understanding. but again, i don't have much problems with my parents being not understanding enough, except maybe my dad. my mom understands, and surprisingly, my grandparents too! i know they have a bit of problem with me spending more time outside than at home, but they have no issues with my bf or anything else. i guess the most important people to be understanding should always be your family and of course yourself. then i concluded that in this relationship, i look for love and for someone to take care of me. childish answer right? but seriously, love? when i talk about love, i talk about something so mysterious that so many hearts yearn yet hurt cause of it. when i talk about love, i talk about an intimate relationship between two people that outsiders can never understand. i want love. i have it with him. the taking care of me part, why? can't my parents and friends take care of me? can't i take care of myself? well, i mean at times when i can't rely on my friends or family, like times i have fights with them. i need someone to be there for me when i need it. to make me smile like a baby even when my face is covered with tears. i can list loads of examples, but you can only understand how i feel when you're in it. can't say i'm in true love, but i'm blissfully happy. (:

my weekend was quite interesting. haha. went to buy makeup with nee. she's so excited by it by the way. LOL. i got a mascara and lip gloss and it cost me twenty bucks. HUZZAH! quite expensive i think. but maybe makeup is just like that right? haha. virgin makeup shopping. (x then we tried visiting him at his work again but sadly, got bounced. irritating. but we found out later that the place got raided! whoa, lucky us. well, that night still led on to more interesting stuff but i shan't disclose much. hee. just know that we've had a hell of a time.

i realise how fortunate i am really. when i quit school, i found a job without really going on a job hunt. somehow it just dropped in front of me. and the pay is relatively not bad for my age. and my boss is quite understanding so my colleagues and her are on pretty good terms. (x compared to him, i'm really lucky i guess. his bosses are very strict. and i see him trouble about his work attendance. ): sometimes i just think it's so unfair for me to be on the good side of life when he always seemed to be struggling. i just wished life could be fairer and let me take his place instead. i wished that i can be the one he'd look for when he's tired. i wished i can be the one always sticking by him even when he's down in the dumps. hey me, please don't disappoint me.

anyway, today i went to his house (AGAIN!). haha. and he made fried udon for me! so so so delicious! i think i'm easily bribed. haha. i want to upload some pics of him cooking but lil bro's sleeping so i can't borrow his phone. sad. and i want to get a new phone and trade in my current. but right, i lost the cable! so how?? ):
